INITIAL CONSULTATION

In order to ascertain the best PPM program for your company, we will meet with you, or your representative at your premises to discuss your requirements. We will then collate the information gathered, design and then present to you a lift maintenance schedule that we think fits your specific requirements and budget.

HOW DOES A PPM PROGRAM WORK?

Once we have agreed with you or your representative a PPM program that suits your specific needs of your company, we will:

Maintain each technical module of the equipment at the correct intervals
Work only in accordance with the equipment-specific maintenance plan
Report any issues or defects prior to the commencement of any lift repair work

24-HOUR CALL OUTS

In addition to the lift PPM program, Direct Lift Services will offer you inclusive 24 hour call out lift servicing and repairs, for your peace of mind.

You will be issued with a 24-hour contact number which will afford you a priority service.
